For blank paper, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks after artwork design approval.

5. How are your products packaged?
Shrinkwrap packaging includes options of 5 rolls or 10 rolls per package.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap is available for 1 or 2 rolls.
Custom OEM printed paper wrap is available for individual rolls.
OEM printed boxes, in either brown or white, can be tailored to customer specifications.

6. Can a third party inspect the goods?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third party prior to delivery and loading.

7. What payment terms do you offer?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. For CFR, the balance is due against a copy of the BL post-shipment. Long-term customers may receive more favorable terms as part of our commitment to mutually beneficial business relations.

8. What are your quality and shipment guarantee terms?
